We will provide you with a customized quote based on the services that you need. We work on a monthly flat fee model that we've found works best to create a positive client relationship.

Our basic bookkeeping package starts at $250/mo and includes:

Monthly Bank and Credit Card Transaction entry

Monthly Reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts

Quarterly Financial Statements

Quarterly Check-In Meeting

Pricing is based on a few factors such as the number of bank and credit cards you have, how many transactions there are per month, the level of complexity required in your reporting, and any add-on services necessary.

We only take on the number of clients that we can serve effectively ourselves without compromising on quality and communication. We are not interested in growing our firm beyond our own capacity so we are selective about who we work with and form high quality relationships with our clients.

We can quickly and accurately get your books up to date and ready for you to file back taxes, apply for a loan, or just get better visibility into your business.

The thing that sets us apart when we do cleanups is that we don't take shortcuts. Some bookkeepers will create entries for "reconciliation discrepancies" which just means they haven't taken the time to dig in and find the source of the error. We will get to the bottom of the balance in every account on your financial statements, and fast!

Cleanup pricing is also done on a flat fee basis. We'll do our best to determine how much work the cleanup project will be and we'll give you a price. We don't charge any extra to break the cleanup into a payment plan. We will work at the pace you set based on the payment schedule. If we come across an unanticipated complication in the cleanup we'll check in with you first before you incur any additional costs.
